Tim McGraw's Digital Stage Presence
Music is about telling stories and connecting with audiences. We applied the same approach to building out McGraw's brand online. Working with McGraw’s brand team, we developed a platform that made it easy to connect and share with fans at home, on-the-go or at a live show. Making Tim McGraw accessible through an engaging online experience.
Pushing the Social Boundaries for a Country Music Icon
When Red Light Management originally briefed us on the goals of the new website, one thing was overly clear: Sociability was a high priority. During the UI / UX design exploration we developed a navigation system that allowed users to engage Tim's social accounts unobtrusively from any page of the site. Users are able to view tweets and follow Tim, watch and subscribe to his YouTube channel, view the latest Instagram photos in his feed and share via Facebook. The best part? They can do all this from any page of the site without obstructing page content.

Fans love concerts, it's what they talk about weeks before and years after. We made Tim's tour easy to track and share by creating unique #hashtag campaigns for every show in each city. Complete social integration through the tour schedule. Fans can buy tickets, share what concerts they are attending with friends, share pics from a concert and create this amazing organic social community. All #hashtagged Instagram pictures and Tweets from each show were then aggregated into each tour page on Tim's website so that fans could watch the show unfold in real time. An authentic fan-based experience like no other.
Full Optimization for a Mobile Experience
In the new digital landscape in country music, it's imperative that a website looks and functions perfectly across all screens - phone, tablet, or desktop. To ensure no matter where fans are they get a personal device specific experience. We developed a 100% responsive site and made it easier for fans to do just about everything Tim McGraw related. Buy tickets and merch, join a fan club, share pics on Instagram from a show, enter a contest and much more.
Live Web Broadcasts
Red Light and Big Machine strive to create epic opportunities and partnerships with other brands for events and live shows. So the site had to be capable of broadcasting those live shows, events and video premieres as well as host the massive audiences and flux of incoming web traffic. Since we built the site with Texas-sized capacity, audiences were able to tune in, kick up their boots and sing along 'till the cows came home.
